Hi, I had the same problem after I updated to Service Pack 3. But then managed to fix it by installing the SP3 beta from this location. There is a patch for those who have installed SP 2 version of the SinhalaTamil kit. But that patch didn't work for me.

So I un-installed the SP 2 version and installed the SP 3 version in full. Then I got the Sinhala keyboard on the language bar and the unicode fonts as well. The font rendering, however, is not as good as on SP 2.
